1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Heatcare Plus provides boiler servicing, repairs, and heating maintenance services in Glasgow and surrounding areas. All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to availability
  • We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed time
  • Please ensure someone over 18 is present during the appointment
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance

4. Heating Plan Terms

For customers on our monthly heating plans:

  • Plans have a minimum term of 12 months
  • Monthly payments must be made by direct debit
  • Cover begins after an initial boiler inspection
  • Pre-existing faults are not covered
  • Boilers must be less than 15 years old at time of joining
  • Cover is limited to the property specified in your agreement

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is due upon completion of work for one-off services
  • Additional parts or work will be quoted before proceeding
  • We accept payment by card, bank transfer, and cash

6. Guarantees and Warranties

All our work comes with a workmanship guarantee. Parts fitted carry the manufacturer's warranty. Specific guarantee periods will be confirmed at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in providing our services, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us directly. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
